It is provided to help meet LegitScript Healthcare Merchant Certification requirements and should be reviewed by IMC’s compliance and legal team before being finalized.

Eligibility for Returns

Because our products are dispensed for personal use and are subject to strict pharmaceutical handling and storage requirements, most items are final sale once shipped. Returns may be accepted only where:

The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
The item’s packaging or temperature-controlled seal was compromised in transit
A return is required by applicable state or federal law
