Depending on the services you use, we may collect health history, treatment and consultation records, and information you provide through intake forms, health questionnaires, or our patient portal, in addition to standard account and order information.

How We Protect Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your health information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Access to your health information is limited to personnel and providers involved in your care or in operating our services.

How We Use and Share Information

We use your information to provide clinical consultations, process orders, communicate with you about your care, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements. We do not sell your health information. We may share information with the licensed 503A pharmacy that dispenses your order, our clinical providers, and service providers who help us operate our business, each bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations.
